The position is full time, Monday-Friday and works at our Temecula, California office.
As an Accounting Manager with Marketing Instincts, you who will be responsible for managing the full general functions including preparing financial statements, managing payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. This position will work with Month and Year-end close, including review of balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. Assist with financial statement preparation for multiple reporting entities. Maintain the General Ledgers and Charts of Accounts for multiple entities. Various tasks as delegated by the Controller such as data collection, analysis and reporting, process improvements, and implementation of internal controls.
We are looking for candidates with proficiency in the use of accounting systems, advanced analytical skills using Microsoft Excel, strong verbal and written communication skills, a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices and a minimum 3 years prior supervisory / management experience within an accounting department.
