Overview

 

We are looking for a motivated, results driven marketing guru to oversee the end to end omnichannel marketing of Marketing Instincts’ Controller Gear brand, a growing PlayStation & Xbox licensed video game accessory product line. You will be responsible for spearheading all aspects of our global marketing including:

Responsibilities

  • Brand & product innovation
  • New product market entry strategies
  • Go-to-market planning & execution
  • eCommerce
  • Expand retail channel distribution
  • Retail channel marketing
  • Develop both channel and consumer strategy
  • Brand strategy
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Lead aggressive growth initiatives
  • Corporate communications
  • Content marketing
  • Brand/customer/product lifecycle management
  • Identify, optimize cross channel consumer/retail programs to gain retail placement with retails partners such as Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Walmart & Costco.
  • Work with licensed partners to identify and optimize opportunities
  • Identify and maximize product development opportunities
  • Work with licensed partners to identify and deliver cutting edge gift with purchase and pre-order bonus merchandise that supports video game launches

 

This position works full time out of our Temecula, California office.
